Cancellation and Cancellation Policy:

the reservation can be totally or partially cancelled without any penalty fee; - From 04/10/23 to 11/02/23
reservation can be cancelled by mail to info@maremmaquesalsa.com and the cost of cancellation is 50% of the deposit, which is 50,00 € , except in case of name change (read forward). - From 11/03/23 to 11/11/23
reservation can be cancelled by mail to info@maremmaquesalsa.com and the cost of cancellation is 100% of the deposit, which is 100,00 €, except in case of name change (read forward). - From 11/12/23 to 11/29/23
reservation can be cancelled by mail to info@maremmaquesalsa.com and the cost of cancellation is 70% of the full payment related to the chosen pack, except in case of name change (read forward) - From 11/30/23
onward any cancellation will imply the loss of the FULL PAYMENT related to the chosen pack (it is not possible to change the name)
Name change: it will be the Customer’s responsibility to indicate the name change to the organization by sending an email to info@maremmaquesalsa.com
NOT REFUNDABLE: the “BONUS NOW” Promotion for Borgo & Apartments, valid until 31th July 2023
To book, a deposit of €110 per person is required, for bookings from 8th November 2023 onwards, the payment of the full amount is required

to take advantage of the online prices from 26 September to 7 November, the payment of the BALANCE of the entire amount booked is required, under penalty of cancellation of the booking and application of penalties - From 8/11/2023 “REGULAR PRICES”
to participate, the payment of the BALANCE of the entire amount with the REGULAR PRICES shown online is required
Maremma Que Salsa is an ECOGREEN event we will try to minimize the environmental impact in respect of man and the planet, for this reason the rooms will be cleaned at the beginning of the event and at the end as well as the linen change.
